After being greeted with a personalized Red40 box, I knew Oliv was going to accommodate my every need. The enthusiastic and friendly staff create a lively culture and when paired with pristine amenities, it's hard to choose elsewhere. Would recommend!

I've been living here for 2 months, and it's been unreal. The apartments are great, the amenities are always clean and available, and the rooftop has the best pool, spa and views. The building is always clean, and the employees/managers are always welcoming and make an attempt to speak to you every time you walk past. Couldn't recommend it more!
