Even though not every place is perfect, this leasing office at this Apartment is the worst. They're not communicable as they order the residents what to do without an option, even like how to live inside of the house. I'm charged by the leasing office assistant for utilities for prorated rent for moving out, & the leasing office & property management company has not responded to resolve the issue so far. I'm afraid that they're going to charge anything after moving out & would not return my deposit. Don't come here.

Raise rent with out notice? Unprofessional employees? No repaired done on time ? Pool jacuzzi old duty? Noise early mornings? Plumbing over charge seniors citizens

We will be leaving Hillcrest Village soon and before we do, I would like to say this is a nice little community. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. The rent cannot be beat. This place is nicely maintained with pools, excercise room, game room in addition to the very large community center. Some of the reviews below are harsh and seriously, of no basis. There is a train north of us but there are NO horns. Twice in seven years is almost zero. The staff is okay. There's a 24 hour manned gate. It's a good place. Not the Ritz but it's very nice.

Whoever answered the phone on 5/2 was EXTREMELY rude to my mother who was simply calling to ask a few questions “Does this management take adult children who live with/help support their elderly parents?” This lady raised her voice at my mom 3 times yelling “SENIORS ONLY” my mom was trying to ask different questions but don’t you worry we will find her another place! I don’t care how your day is going if you are going to be rude maybe get another job that doesn’t require you to answer a phone!

Very nice and clean and great people. Lots to do. Very safe. Pet friendly. Resident 12 years.
