Was told through email to fill out an application form to be put on a waiting list. There was a $30 fee per adult and when my boyfriend and I went to the office to turn ours in, we were turned away off the bat. Despite being told through email and on the phone that we’d get a meeting with the owner and considered for the waiting list. Luckily we got our $60 money order back from the bank.

Lived here for a few years back in the late 2000s. Parking wasn't close but the office lady and the neighbors I had were nice.

Decent place to live. Clean. Parking can be rough if more than 2 vehicles. Surrounding area is a little shady but the complex was fine. Priced right.
