This has been the best apartment I've lived in so far. The building feels secure, and I’ve never had any issues with package theft. The environment is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Maintenance is excellent, quick and reliable. Management is also great; they genuinely listen and respond to any concerns. I will recommend this to anyone.

So far, this has been a great experience. Ms. Mary Ann is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. The community is quaint and quiet and reminds me of a storybook or movie village. Maintenance is friendly and timely. I hope to have a long stay here.

Mary Ann has been amazing throughout the entire application process. She communicated everything I needed and was very attentive. The property is nice and quiet. She gave me a tour of another unit as my unit was not available just yet, but she was very detailed and knowledgeable about everything. She answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Highland Villas to live.

Omg this complex is super amazing and I never lived in it LOL ! I always was at my sisters house and they give off AUTOMATIC home sweet home vibes 😍🤗 and the units are HUGE even for a 1 bed room they go up all the way to 3 and the backyard space is hands down amazing !!! When my daughter dog and I would stay the night my dog hisself was obsessed with her backyard 🤗

A huge shoutout to the property manager, Lahoma Long, who goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. She is always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about making Highland Villas a great place to live. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful.
