  Property Owner cum Manager, Mr. Ying is an excellent person. Whenever, we faced any issues, we found Mr. Ying immediately taking care of those without any delay. From the pricing point of view, no other off campus housing near UTA could beat this property. Highly recommended!!!

  Mr Ying is awesome apartment owner. He has always made himself available on call and in person and resolves issues immediately related to apartment such as problems with HVAC or mail issue. Also this location is close to University and has everything available within walking distance.
