Very kind staff and willing to help. I think people need to give this staff a chance because you can tell they really care. It is such a nice feeling to know staff cares about their residents and the property.

Our unit is in this complex and we love the way the apartments are styled. We recently shaped from 19c to 19b and there were some issues with the new unit however we had all of them taken care of promptly by the new site manager victoria. She definitely has some good things coming for this small but communal complex. Very much looking forward to what she has in mind!

I’ve been here since May and I have to say the new management from Mrs. Victoria to the maintenance crew, they have been on top of everything and working very hard to keep up with every complex. I’ve been waiting on certain things to be fixed/done and the management here was on top of it asap as soon as I called them about it. I definitely see a difference and they actually care. Thank you so much again!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!! there is a bad mold problem within my apartment since a month after i moved inn mold has formed everywhere !!! i had to leave for a week before bc of what it was doing to my health & i also got infected with the pink eye bc of the mold as well .. tried countless times to resolve to issue with my own money & nothing WORKED !! the manager will lie & say she will have maintenance fix it but all they do is paint over it til it comes back again & do it all over again . they will TOW YOUR CAR even with a parking sticker & registration !! these apartments have lost my money orders before & still demand to be paid no later than the 2nd . supposed to have a late fee policy but once they feel like it they will change the rules every so often to their liking & NOT what the lease says horrible service !!!!!!!! TURN AWAY PLEASE

I’ve lived in many apts but these are by far the WORST I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been living here for four months now and addressed multiple issues that are never resolved. Can’t even get a hold of the apt management most times. Our water has been FREEZING COLD ONLY. So I’ve been getting ready for work using cold water everyday. We had maintenance come over too but they did nothing but make more of a mess. With a giant hole in or ceiling and a messed up bathtub. The neighborhood is terrible with cars revving at 3am and strangers walking around that don’t even reside here. Please save your money and rent somewhere else.
