I just moved here at the beginning of December and sterling takes excellent care of the property and residents, it’s been great so far

I have to say Angela the new community manager is amazing. Before she got here we were in bad shape but once she came I have had my work orders that need to be fixed since I moved in two years ago fixed and done within a week. I am now able to have family over and not be embarrassed. I can now say my house is home. I’m loving the new upgrades and loving that they now have security patrolling around 24/7. Now it feels like a safe place. Thank you Angela and thank you to the maintenance team you both are amazing and thank you so much for working hard to make our home feel like home again. I would recommend renting here if you are looking for a great place to call home. We have gas stations and elementary school walking distance. P.S. i Forgot to mention that our on site laundry room will be up and running on the 12/8. I can’t wait I’m so excited

I’ve been here since May and I have to say the new management from Mrs. Victoria to the maintenance crew, they have been on top of everything and working very hard to keep up with every complex. I’ve been waiting on certain things to be fixed/done and the management here was on top of it asap as soon as I called them about it. I definitely see a difference and they actually care. Thank you so much again!!!!

Our unit is in this complex and we love the way the apartments are styled. We recently shaped from 19c to 19b and there were some issues with the new unit however we had all of them taken care of promptly by the new site manager victoria. She definitely has some good things coming for this small but communal complex. Very much looking forward to what she has in mind!

I’ve lived in many apts but these are by far the WORST I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been living here for four months now and addressed multiple issues that are never resolved. Can’t even get a hold of the apt management most times. Our water has been FREEZING COLD ONLY. So I’ve been getting ready for work using cold water everyday. We had maintenance come over too but they did nothing but make more of a mess. With a giant hole in or ceiling and a messed up bathtub. The neighborhood is terrible with cars revving at 3am and strangers walking around that don’t even reside here. Please save your money and rent somewhere else.
