Sunset Point Apartment Homes

10/11/22: I am updating the feedback after staying here almost 6 months now. Apartment is definitely good but I am not sure about the facilities they showcase. Swimming pools are never open, fitness center doesn't exist(they say someone broke something so it's closed ever since), someone broke the gate and it took almost a month to fix it, and even after that it had some issue due to which it was always open for a long time. For the laundry room there are two of them in my apartment phase, out of which, the one which is near to my apartment is not maintained and due to which I need to carry all my laundry to other side 2nd laundry room. And it's not better too, we have asked so many times to replace the bulb, because on cloudy days or evening time it gets dark inside the room. One time there was a water cut due to maintenance from morning to evening and when I called inquiring about, they said they forgot to send emails day before for the update about the water cut. So, overall due to this reasons I am rating from 5 to 3 stars. However, the apartment is good with no pest issues and a very peacefully apartment community. I moved last month in 2B2B apartment, and so far everything is really good. Staff is really professional and always available. Moreover, community is quiet and people are friendly. Overall, I really like the apartment and a decent place to live. The only thing I wish in the apartment is, if there were ceiling fans and ceiling light in the bedrooms.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff is very nice and understandable, but the apartments are trash! When I first moved here I wasn't here for a year and experience a horrible leak! The neighbors upstairs had a "flood" which came down to my apartment cause the whole ceiling to collapse while on vacation. I had to move to another unit that wasn't clean and old. A pipe busted from the neighbors dishwasher in that apartment. I had major problems with ants, roaches, and spiders. I moved into another unit and it has had A/C problems, a/c leakage from upstairs which cause a whole in the bathroom wall, the kitchen faucet busted and cause a flood. The laundry door kept getting off track. The water heater caused a power outage which had to relocate for a night. Its just been horrible and im soo nervous of what else will happen in this apartment. My lease is up in 5 months and I can't wait to move. The staff is maintenance is not the problem! Its the old broken down apartments that's not worth what they charge for.

Do not move into these apartments!!! Front office is very rude and it will take over a week to get a email or call back. Maintenance is extremely incompetent and will half fix issues or not fix them at all. The apartments are basically falling apart every other week something isn’t working. The gates always broken, water leaks, a/c units don’t work correctly, tow and boot cars 24/7, roaches.

Staff, especially Jonathan, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. They made everything easy and stress-free, answering all my questions with a smile. It’s always a pleasure dealing with such great Customer service. I recommend Sunset Point apartments great place to live!

I moved to Sunset Point apartments a few months ago. I had a minor issue in my apartment last week and I was very surprised by how quickly and professionally was handled it, first by the office staff taking my work order and then by the technician who came to my unit a few hours after I requested the services, he inspected the problem and fixed in less than an hour and it wasn't because it was a small issue, I think it was because he actually knows what he does. Never had a quick and profesional service before in any of the apartment complexes I lived and I have been renting for many, many years. 5 stars for all of the staff at Sunset Point Apartments.
