I’ve had such a positive experience with Telegraph Commons throughout the leasing process. From the very beginning, the team was communicative, patient, and incredibly supportive. I had a viewing this morning with Mr David and he is the the most polite experienced agent I’ve ever encountered. David was very patient & calm while showing me multiple units on different floors, which by the way were beautiful. His approach is top tier. I highly recommend everyone to rent at the Telegraph Commons Apts they are so nice peaceful and clean. If you decide to check it out try to get your showing by David!!

Telegraph Commons is a great option for students! I was concerned about safety and wanted my sister to affordably live closer to campus and have secure entrances. That is my favorite part of this building! Gives me a great sense of mind. I highly recommend this building!

I’ve been here for about a month and am only here for the summer but I have had a really good experience so far. It is always clean in the common areas and I had a very smooth leasing process with David who helped me through the application processing. It’s in a good location and you can get just about anywhere walking or on the bus & BART.

This is a really nice apartment building! I went on a tour with Christine and the place seems pretty fairly sized for the prices. It's nice that the building is close to campus, and the staff are super helpful. I'm interested in potentially living here next semester
