Robeij was incredibly kind and easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The property includes a pool and fitness center, perfect for relaxing or staying active during your free time. Highly recommend!

great property, new management has made it so much better. we have had issues with other tenants, and they have taken major steps to prevent bad things from happening. they are very nice and professional, and happy to work with you on making your stay easier. my only complaint is sometimes it’s hard to get a response back from them, but it isn’t an all the time issue. have lived here for coming on five years. very content and happy.

A lot of hidden fees nearly impossible to get ahold of the property manager. First time living alone and they have made it the worst experience I work 830 am -4 am 7 days a week I was never home yet my utilities that was supposed to be included in my rent was extremely high my monthly payment at lease signing was 1225$ but I was paying closer to 1400$ a month plus it cost about 8$ per load of laundry. They charged me for lease violations for my dying mother to stay over two nights in a row. They had my car towed twice even though I used their parking pass they provided. Overall the worst experience I have ever gone through the property is super gross dog poo everywhere my neighbor was shot and killed , you can smell neighbors smoking drug through the vents, weed and meth. There is a lot of unsupervised kids screaming and running around all throughout the night paper thin walls. During the summer alot of pool parties going till like 1-2 am with very loud drinking

Our son moved in the beginning of November 2024 and prior to that time we had a few questions. Melinda, was extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns, she is a rock star (sorry billy idol!!). Robeij the manager is also extremely helpful with any type of question or concern as I was today and he fully explained what the answer was to my questions. Lastly, the apartment is quite comfortable and conveniently located near downtown Boise.

Living here has been an incredibly easy and positive experience. Nikki is the epitome of timely, helpful, and personable. She is relentlessly kind and compassionate on all matters, all while remaining completely professional. The maintenance staff is also consistently timely in addressing work orders, and the community, regardless of requests, is very well maintained.
