Conner was able to show me a very nice looking 4 bed place. Everything was very clean and he explained all the options as well as offering me a cool sparkling drink. The demo apartment was really clean and perfect.

I stayed at River Edge Apartments from December 2024 to July 2025, and it was a great experience overall. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a peaceful neighborhood. The front desk staff were truly exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Well I’m not a student but want to review just a few of the MANY four plus stories places the the students that go to Boise state university. This is one of the new ones completed last year. It’s modern, designed for students so it has many modern it’s here for the students.

Living at Rivers Edge has been great. The main reason I signed here was because of Jacob, my leasing agent. He’s super friendly and made the whole process really smooth—answered all my questions and just made me feel welcome. The location is great; it’s close to everything I need, which is a huge plus. The amenities like the pool table are solid, and Eric, the property manager, is also really nice and willing to help whenever I’ve needed something. The repair guys have always been quick to fix any issues, which I appreciate. Plus, all the paperwork is online and easy to handle, which saves a ton of time. Overall, I love it here. The team here, especially Jacob, have made my living situation a phenomenal experience.
