Currently a resident at la pointe and i absolutely love it! The staff is so amazing and helpful. The rooms are extremely spacious and homey. The maintenance crew is easily accessible and extremely fast to help with any issues. My favorite amenity is the stand up tanning bed. I’m very excited to see what changes they make to the rooms after the renovations over the summer! Another thing i really love is everything they do for their residents, they constantly have raffles for prizes, free food, holiday activities, and gifts on our doorsteps like Red bulls and skincare.

La Pointe is in a perfect spot, located right along the Greenbelt with easy access to tons of great amenities. Whether you enjoy walking, biking, or just spending time outdoors, the location makes it simple to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. It’s also close enough to campus that you can comfortably walk to class, which is super convenient for students who don’t want to deal with parking or long commutes. On top of that, the staff at La Pointe is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need, making the community feel welcoming and well-supported.

La Pointe is a great place to live if you want to be close to campus but still have the apartment rather than dorm feel! The staff is friendly and the service is quick! We’ve had a few appliances and other things in our apartment break or need fixing and the maintenance team has been on top of it and helpful. I’ve been very impressed with the speed at which they’ve helped with those things. Management also puts together tons of fun events and games for tenants which really adds to the community here. The only complaint I have is the price. It is quite expensive to live here once you add in parking and utilities and I feel as though the extreme price is not quite worth it. However, all in all, this is a great place to live.

Started off the year with a bang and ending it with one here at La Pointe. La Pointe may look like a good option from the outside or compared to some others in the area but do not be fooled. Just money hungry liars just as any other apartment complex. The very first day I moved in, the place was supposed to be professionally cleaned I started out the year by deep cleaning my room and the kitchen for 8 hours due to the disgusting condition of my room and kitchens. No joke, vacuuming up some other persons TOENAILS as I vacuumed the room, which I will post photos of below. I have stayed at motels that take more pride in their work and have been much cleaner when I arrive at what is supposed to be my home for a year. The first 5 photos I will attach are the ones when I did my inspection at the start of the year, and the last photos are the inspection at the end of the year that I was CHARGED for because it wasn’t up to par with their standards. I guess soap smears are worth charging your tenet for, which will also be shown below. As well as being charged for the trash can that THEY provided. Overall, very unimpressed by their management as well as how they go about their business. If you are planning on moving in here take picture ls and videos of everything in your apartment. But then again even if you do, they will still find a way charge you!

This is an apartment high rise student place where they can actually walk to BSU which is a very good university. I am not a student there but like doing reviews to some of the many housing complexes that they have her to house our next set of graduates heading to the work force. The complex looks very modern with just about everything a student needs.
