Rented a co-living unit here for a few years. It’s a good price if you factor in all the amenities and the location. The building is practically brand new so everything functioned accordingly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don’t choose to pay for parking street parking isn’t all that bad and I was usually able to find a spot. Nowhere else will you find such a high quality apartment gym open 24 hours and free kombucha and cold brew on tap during office hours.

The team at the LOCAL has been incredible to work with! They're very communicative and are always happy to help if something comes up. The units are beautiful, the amenities are top tier, and the vibe of the complex is so welcoming. Couldn't recommend it more!

If you’re looking for an elevated living experience in the heart of downtown Boise, I truly cannot recommend Local Boise enough. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, and perfectly located to enjoy everything downtown has to offer. What really sets Local apart, though, is the management team. Their Community Manager, Megan, recently won Community Manager of the Year and that speaks volumes!! It’s a true reflection of the level of care, professionalism, and customer service the entire team provides every single day. You can genuinely feel that it’s residents over everything here. From their incredible weekly resident events to the attention to detail throughout the building, they go above and beyond to create a community, not just a place to live. Beautiful property, exceptional team, and an unmatched downtown location. Highly, highly recommend :)

The property is beautiful with great amenities and the staff is always helpful. Everything is kept clean and well maintained. I especially love the seventh floor sky deck because it is amazing for special events and has one of the best views in Boise. Definitely recommend checking it out for yourselves, you won’t be disappointed.

LOCAL Boise is the premier place to live in downtown Boise. It is steps away from great dining for unwinding with friends and family after a long day. All of your immediate needs from grocery store, pharmacy, and hair and nail salons are within walking distance. Boise State University is only a half a mile away and the University of Idaho is just across the street. If you want to live in luxury look no further than BOISE Local. You won't regret it. The staff here makes you feel like family. Cam patiently coordinated with me while overseas and completed a virtual walkthrough of the entire facility with me. This gave me the comfort from Germany to know that LOCAL Boise is where I wanted to call home. Julianna made my arrival here so effortless. She is detailed and very knowledgeable about the property. Her friendly welcome and showing me how to get everywhere inside of the apartment building was priceless. I know if you choose LOCAL Boise you won't be disappointed.
