I’ve lived here for 5 years and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a 1 bedroom. The units are well taken care of and I’ve never had major issues except for regular wear on appliances, which they’ve been very fast to replace. I do wish they had central AC. The grounds are not exceptionally manicured but they are kept clean and maintained. Having amenities like washer dryer in unit and internet included in the lease has been amazing. The location is great, right around the corner from Ann Morrison Park and the greenbelt and so easy to get to different parts of town. The surrounding complexes are all student living, so it may not be the best fit for everyone. Amber and team in the management office have always been kind, respectful, and helpful. Applying, signing, and renewing my lease has been straightforward and their resident portal is very low fuss - just an easy spot to manage rent payments or request maintenance. The rent is very reasonable and they have not made significant increases year to year. Communication has always been prompt and helpful. Truly a a great place to live if it matches what you’re looking for!

Amber & the staff at Morrison Park are the absolute best! Me, my husband & our dog were residents for several years & greatly enjoyed our experience. From the jump management was always kind, efficient, & accommodating—which can be a very rare thing for renters. Awesome location with quick access to Ann Mo Park, greenbelt/river, coffee shop, brewery, restaurants, BSU & everything going on downtown (flea markets, farmer’s markets, music/events, etc…) - all within walking distance. Apartments themselves are super cute (we rented a loft floor-plan & loved it) with in-unit washers/dryers, a balcony/patio + outdoor storage, reserved parking, & a gym. Overall it’s great pet-friendly spot, reasonably priced for the area, with excellent management that truly cares about their residents. Would definitely recommend! A+

The best living experience in the Treasure Valley . Perfectly located by Boise State University. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. A wonderful place to be that is extremely close to Ann Morrison Park, Julian Davis Park, and the Green Belt where the city holds events all throughout the Spring and Summer. Phenomenal staff that is easy to get a hold of and is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable!

We lived here for our first year in Boise with our dog and two toddlers. They are small apartments but we were able to make it work. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. Any maintenance request were taken care of. If it wasn't an emergency we had to wait a little longer but that is understandable given the size of the complex. Parking is terrible as each unit only gets one spot and street parking is just two hours. Between the dog and toddlers we weren't expecting to get our deposit back but were pleasantly surprised to get a check in the mail. We loved the location! We could walk or ride our bikes to so many places! Overall it was a great experience living there.
