if you live here prepare for a terrible experience. no parking at all, you’ll rack up hundreds of dollars in parking tickets if you don’t purchase the add on parking, which is limited. some spots have you blocked in by other cars. extremely loud, no sound proofing. you’ll hear other apartments fire alarms go off, which are EXTREMELY sensitive. inspections??? the towel rack is above the toilet which makes zero sense. you can barely close the bathroom door because it brushes against the toilet. also the bathroom walls leak yellow and there might be mold in the shower? just a horrible place, avoid at all costs or you will regret it

Melissa and Aylin helped me haul my mini fridge up to the second floor. Service is 10000/10. Sidney is also great. ❤️

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation.
When I moved into the apartment, it was in terrible condition. The bathroom was filthy, the area around the unit was dirty, and it was obvious that no one had cleaned before I moved in. The only part that looked clean was the carpet in the bedroom. On top of that, the blinds were already broken when I arrived.
After I moved out, they charged me $198 from my $250 deposit for "uncleaned areas" including the same bathroom and spaces that were already nasty when I got there and that I barely even used. They also charged me for the broken blinds that I never damaged. I tried to explain everything to the office, but they didn’t care and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. It felt like they were just making excuses to keep my deposit.
If you’re considering moving here, be careful. Take photos and videos of everything the moment you move in even things you think are small because they might try to charge you for it later. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

A decently big room for a good price, especially compared to the other apartments near here. There’s sinks in the rooms also, which I think is cool. It makes it so I don’t have leave my room for anything other than the toilet or shower. Parking is a bit annoying. It’s $100 a month but there’s a waiting list to get in. You can park for free on the street and at the park but it can get really annoying trying to find a place to park and trying not to get a ticket.

These apartments are close to campus which is really nice, but they lack a lot of the amenities that many other complexes in the area have. No in unit laundry, no covered parking (although it’s much cheaper than any other apt in the area). I will say I’ve had a great experience with their maintenance team and leasing staff. They’ve been nothing but helpful and responsive in anything I needed so I’ve been very thankful for that. With it being a more open layout, some bedroom windows face out onto the courtyard and if you don’t have curtains it can be uncomfortable sometimes to open the blinds to get sun, especially if you’re on the first floor. The apartment main spaces are alright. The kitchen is incredibly small and it’s often hard to find space for all of your things with there only being one cabinet per person. If you’re organized and tidy you shouldn’t have too big of a problem. The bedrooms are pretty large, and having a sink in your bedroom isn’t as weird as it may seem, and it’s proven to be helpful. It’s fair to expect a lot of stuff to be broken or weird from unit to unit when you move in, as my bedroom has a ceiling fan and none of my roommates do, and my friend who lives in a different unit has a different colored stove than ours. Overall though, nothing catastrophic has gone wrong.
