I absolutely love living at The Lucy Apartments! This is seriously the best location in the downtown Boise l— everything is so convenient. The Community Manager, Rosalind, is amazing! She truly goes above and beyond and hosts the best resident events that really bring everyone together!

One of the best apartment complexes in downtown Boise. Their studio units come with an ‘ORI’ furniture fixture that moves to tuck away the bed, opening up the space into a full living room and kitchen. It’s literally the perfect setup for living downtown. One of my favorite parts of the complex is the convenience of having two restaurants right in the lobby, making eating out or grabbing a drink super easy. Plus their open rooftop is perfect for grilling and enjoying a spring or summer evening with a nice view of downtown Boise. Absolutely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at the Lucy Apartments! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The location is unbeatable — it’s just a short walk to Trader Joe’s, which made grocery shopping so convenient. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning, offering the best panoramas of the Capital and the foothills. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy both convenience and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Lucy! The manager Rosalind truly cares about the tenants and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. They also throw the best resident events, which really help foster a sense of community. I’m so glad to be a part of this amazing place! Highly recommend!

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Lucy Apartments Boise for the past two months. It is a very well maintained and peaceful community. The office and maintenance team are outstanding and make living here very enjoyable. Since the first visit, Rosalind in the office has been extremely helpful and is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance are very friendly and have a 24hr turn around on requests which is great. We feel very safe and happy living!
