Been living her since August and I love this place . Don’t see myself living anywhere else around here besides this place! The amenities are a lot better than the other places and that skydeck is sum else. The staff here is amazing and whenever there’s and issue or I have a question they always resolve the issue and respond back to me in a timely manner.

The property manager at Uncommon Boise is so talkative, friendly, and genuine. Really goes above and beyond to talk to residents and be helpful. This is a great place to live and make friends. Wish there was a tanning bed.

As a mom, I'm so glad my daughter lives at Uncommon Boise. Every time I visit, I'm impressed by how nice the place is and how friendly everyone is. It feels safe, comfortable, and a great fit for her which brings me peace of mind. She has met amazing friends and I am really happy she chose Uncommon Boise as her place of residence.

For my first time moving out, I’m really glad I chose Uncommon. The people who work here genuinely care, and it shows. I’ve had friends live at places like Verve and Vista, and honestly, it’s just not the same. Uncommon is cleaner, quieter, and right next to the greenbelt, which I love. Being only a 6-minute walk to campus is easily one of my favorite things about living here. It’s also super dog-friendly. Having a dog wash on site has saved me money and so many trips to the groomer. If you’re looking for a place close to campus that actually feels like home, Uncommon is the perfect choice. You won’t just love the space, you’ll love the people too. Plus, having Insomnia Cookies right downstairs is dangerous in the best way, the hot tub is amazing, and it’s such an easy place to make friends. (Only downside… no tanning bed 😭)

Jillian was amazing to talk to and work with. I felt welcome coming into the apartment homes - everything was very organized, clean, and prices were in line with Boise student housing. The sky deck has a great view and the fitness center is well taken care of.
