⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My partner and I just moved into Boulder Commons, and we absolutely love it! The apartment is gorgeous: modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The entire staff has been incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our whole move-in process. We were looking to move in quickly over 4th of July week, and

even with the holiday, they expedited everything so we could move in early and skip a hotel stay. Huge thanks to Maison and Erika and the leasing office team—they’ve been so supportive and communicative. And Gunner on the maintenance team is awesome— responsive, friendly, and efficient. We also love the neighborhood—it’s super walkable with amazing coffee shops, yoga studios, and restaurants just steps away. We’re able to walk or bike everywhere, and Boulder Commons gives you a free annual e-bike pass and scooter pass, which is such a great perk! It’s also super easy to get downtown to Pearl Street Mall or out to the mountains for a quick hike. Couldn’t be happier to call this place home! Thank you Boulder Commons Team for all you do

I love living at this community. My apartment is gorgeous! The assistant manager Marissa is phenomenal and very informative. She really was engaged during the whole process of moving in while I worked with the leasing team. She has a great open door policy and never gets annoyed when we

walk in. Maintenance responded quickly when I put in a work order for my lockout and was so nice. We really feel at home here!

The maintenance supervisor at Boulder Commons, Gunnar, exemplifies a standard of professionalism and diligence that is regrettably uncommon in residential property management. As someone with firsthand experience in the field, I can attest to the fact that his responsiveness, attentiveness, and commitment

to excellence far exceed typical industry practices. Rather than performing only the minimum required to resolve a maintenance request, he consistently demonstrates strong attention to detail and a willingness to address ancillary issues that may otherwise go unnoticed. A particularly illustrative example occurred when a minor leak in my sink was in need of a full replacement. Upon completing the repair, Gunnar happened to observe a faint stain on the bedroom carpet—an issue entirely unrelated to the original service request. Without prompting, he inquired about it and subsequently offered to return the following week to have the area professionally cleaned. Needless to say, the property is undoubtedly enhanced by his service. While frustrating and unexpected maintenance issues are bound to arise, Gunnar makes it incredibly easy.
