My CU sophomore son lives in a 1 bedroom at Creekside and loves it. It’s fully furnished and is walking distance from campus. Ann in management is super helpful and always responds quickly. My son already signed his lease for next school year!

My wife and I always stay at Creekside during the summer seasons of the Colorado Music Festival. The administration and staff of this very 60s Boulder apartment complex couldn't be more friendly nor helpful. We feel both welcome and at home here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else, frankly.

My husband and I have stayed at Creekside Apartments in Boulder for 15 summers while working at the famed Colorado Music Festival. The gentleman who owns it and the staff that run the building couldn't be more congenial and helpful. They go over and beyond to make sure things are working, as it is an older building. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned, carpets steamed and appliances replaced if needed. The views from the building are stunning--the proximity to the campus a 7 minute walk from campus and there is a bus stop half a block where the airport bus arrives to, as well as local routes. The parking lot is large, much of it covered. The pool and garden out back are maintained beautifully and there are a few grills outside for outdoor cooking. We've been offered housing in many of the more "tony" neighborhoods but we enjoy Creekside and and that feeling of being "back in school"--the BBQs and parties out back never end!
Tom (owner) Kevin, Ann, Nick and John couldn't be more helpful and are "real deal" people who go over and beyond to make things run smoothly. They are reachable when "things happen"--people locking themselves out of apartments or if a new air conditioner is needed.

Well the Creekside apartments used to have the nickname “Crackside apartments” for a reason… any recent “renovations” they claim to have done just aren’t enough, this place is still quite dumpy.
A story I have from living here that I think perfectly encapsulates this place-
I lived here for two years on the first floor, and during those two years TWICE I had to deal with a mouse running into our apartment! We would immediately contact the office, who despite incessantly bothering them about this problem they would keep telling us someone would be there soon to help. The only “help” we ever got was someone dropping off a couple extremely basic rat traps, which did absolutely nothing. And then after a couple days the mouse seemingly just disappears! But before we have time to start thanking our lucky stars, suddenly we hear shrieks coming from the apartment next door- and the entire situation we just went through, will inevitable start to play out again in our neighbor’s apartment now.

Creekside Apartments housed both of our sons during their years at CU—five years total—and overall, we had a very positive experience. The building and apartments are older, which is the only reason for the 4-star rating, but the landlords, Kevin and Ann, are 5 stars all the way.
They’re on-site, responsive, and truly care—Kevin even answered a late-night call when water leaked into the apartment. The location is unbeatable (Baseline & Broadway), leases are flexible (9-month option), and units are furnished with portable A/C and covered/uncovered parking.
For student housing in Boulder, Creekside offers great value and exceptional support. Highly recommend!
