About Student Housing in Brea
Brea is a small Orange County city directly north of Fullerton, positioned in the hills along the 57 freeway. Its student housing market is primarily composed of Cal State Fullerton students who get priced out of Fullerton proper or prefer the quieter suburban environment. OCTA buses connect Brea to CSUF, and the Brea Mall area has apartment options. Rents are competitive with Fullerton for similar unit quality.
