Brazos Oaks is a beautiful new community with amazing features. Monthly community activities like painting pumpkins and food trucks to engage in friendly conversations and networking. We enjoy the warm fellowship and meaningful interactions this property offers.

I’ve been living at Brazos Oaks and overall it’s a really nice place, especially being brand new. The units are modern, stylish, and come with great appliances. The office staff—especially Caitlin and Alyne—have been amazing from the start, always friendly and helpful. Rent prices are also very reasonable compared to other options in the area, and the move-in incentives ($1,000 off first month and a free gym membership) were a nice bonus. There are a few downsides worth mentioning. The kitchen cabinets are extremely tall (I’m 5’5” and need a step ladder to reach them), and the flooring is light-colored and scratches easily. Since the property is still under construction, there have been delays with the mailboxes and other amenities. We were given a P.O. Box and credited for it, which helps, but there have still been some delivery issues—understandable for a new place, but inconvenient at times. Overall, Brazos Oaks has a lot of potential. The apartments are beautiful, the pricing is fair, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the process smooth. I’m excited to see everything come together as construction finishes, and I’m especially looking forward to the 3-bedroom units becoming available.

My family moved to Bryan so I could take a job nearby. Brazos Oaks has been a great place to live, who doesn't want new apartments & appliances? We were one of the first tenants and Caitlin Batten, Alyne Beaty, and Cheyenne Hollingsworth have been great during our stay. We are upgrading from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom by the pool under construction. Who doesn't want a NEW pool and NEW workout room?! Highly recommend this complex!
