The Acacia Apartments are some of the nicest apartments available in Chico and the key reason for this is the amazing community that exists within it. The property manager Heather is one of the most kind, helpful people I have ever been introduced to, having her to talk to when we needed something made my experience living here so incredible. Any problems were instantly fixed with our apartment and we were not neglected in any way. The people and the quality of the place has really made my stay here such a pleasurable experience.

Love these apartments! Heather is by far the most caring property manager I've met and looks put for the tenants. Dillion is a fantastic maintenance man and takes wonderful care of the property. The apartments are spacious, the location is clean and kept up, a short walk to campus and downtown. Truly a Chico gem!

I have lived in the Acacia Apartments for about 5 years now. My family has grown here and we have always been happy to call it our home. Neighbors have all came and gone through the years, but our management and maintenance team have pretty much been the same 2 hard working individuals for the length of my stay here. Our property manager Heather has been there for me every time I had a question, and trust me, I ask a-lot of questions. She also has kept an open line of communication making it easy to stay on top of changes around the property and on any policy updates that effect tenants. Dillon, our main and usually only maintenance man, seems to always know how to fix everything with a smile on his face the whole time. One time, I was experiencing a bad dishwasher that didn't want to operate at all no matter what fix I attempted. He came over, and it just magically started working with just a look. Needless to say, I love it here, and you probably will too.

This place is NOT worth living in it is so gross I found a whole pregnant spider in my cabinet. And it hard roaches for MONTHS! Me and my family moved after that and they charged me for garbage water and even doing laundry not recommended and she charged us 1500 for 2 bedrooms and 1 bath like what?!

These landlords CARE abt their tenants, very close to multiple businesses such as Safeway, Warner st Deli (amazing convenience store), and La Familia
