I put in a work order back for a busted seal in my living room window back in December. It was closed 2/18 with nothing actually done. We got the run around by mgmt several times (clearly they just sat on the work order) and were told to call Miller glass ourselves to get an update. Why am I, as a renter, managing your projects? Why am I communicating with vendors at all? Now I get to annoy Hignell to spend $700 that they'd have to either way. Karl the maintenance man is awesome but management here is incompetent at best.

Sterling Oaks Apartments is great if you enjoy nature, resort style amenities, and a strong sense community. I love the tranquility of this property as well as the breakfast and events that go on throughout the year. Happy to be here!! 🩶🩶

I did not participate because I didn’t Feel up to standing around waiting or going to look. Perhaps when you do this, you might also plan to wind up at a stationary site for 15 or 20 minutes, say the car wash area or someplace else. I would definitely come and find you if I knew you were going to be in a particular place at a particular time!

My daughter has food allergies so the Savor vegan ice cream was the best surprise! We loved the snacks and neighbor time poolside! Thank you!

I’ve been here for about 8 yrs it’s a nice place to live. It’s quiet, friendly I feel safe and the staff is excellent very helpful. My only negative is the shower over the bathtub, since I’m handicap and have pain in my legs so lifting my legs over the tub as I sit on my bench the pain is horrible. I have excellent neighbors in my area and they make sure I have help with unloading my groceries.
