it is you need! I love living here because I always can ask her anything. Or if something needs fixing it's done. She loves animals and it is a dog friendly place! Thank you Tiara Martin for making it possible for me to enjoy my time here at aspire apartments. Respectfully, Anthony Montes
see morerent went up 300 dollars, with no amenities accept for a messily gym that you had to pay for which is very small, no play ground for kids to run around in which we constantly heard kids playing up and down our hallway even at late hours of the night during the summer time. There is also no AC which we were told a few times during our first couple of years when we were living there that they would update the units with AC but never did, and the swamp coolers are deteriorating and not up to date, and this past summer they sent out emails having residents to tell them whether or not their swamp coolers needed to be turned on, which shouldn’t be the residents job, it is the job of management to be sure all of the units are habitable and comfortable, especially during the scorching months of July, August, and beginning of september. The heaters don’t distribute the heat evenly and are not up to date either which poses a fire hazard. They also have a 3rd party company where they get the utility bill from. Which causes us residents to wait sometimes till the 5th of the month to pay our rent which in lease it states that paying by the first is ideal. My biggest complaint is I was paying 1450 that includes everything and up until before I moved I was paying 1500 dollars all because the third party company upped the charges for the water bill, they almost had me contact THEIR utility company to ask what’s up and why we’re being charged so much. And before I moved they offered me 1,000 dollars off for 12 months, but I personally don’t think that would have made a difference especially with all the added fees they tack on to your rent. To conclude I don’t recommend living here unless you want a sticker shock for rent per month, noisy ghetto neighbors, management always changing, lack of easy access to contact maintenance; the portal to pay rent doesn’t have an option to request maintenance which most places have that for maintenance and with that you have to contact them via email which they can be very slow with responding to, and if you have kids they don’t have a playground for them to play in, they also do mandatory swabs of your dogs mouth, which seems to me like an invasion of privacy and is not stated in the lease that is required of residents. When I turned my keys in they were unprofessional and didn’t ask me which unit I resided in, which I assume most apartment managers do so. I hope this complex improves for the sake of other residents who currently and future residents who reside there.
