Their communication has been excellent—I’ve never felt ignored or avoided. Everyone I’ve met here has been friendly and easy to talk to, which made the community feel welcoming. One moment that really

stood out was when there was an accident involving my dog—he was actively bleeding, and I was panicked. I called the front office, and they responded immediately and helped me out with what they could. Now that I’m ready to move on to a new chapter, I just want to say I’d absolutely recommend Lotus Anthem to anyone looking for a safe, responsive, and genuinely caring place to live.

I really enjoy living here. This is one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. I love the balcony and the opportunity. I have to open my door and hear the birds singing or just get a cool breeze going through here. I have lived here for a year and

a half. If I have any issues that need to be taken care of, they are addressed quickly. The only problem that I have is there is not enough parking, specifically handicap parking. if you don’t make it home here by about 5:30 p.m you have to park way out by the sheds. And that is not good if I have a lot of things to bring in. Since I am limited in activities I can do and carrying items in. This can be a big problem for me. I have a placard for parking in handicap stalls. But there are not enough handicap stalls. And trying to find one to park in is a game of chance. They have been promising to put in more handicap parking stalls. I hope that happens soon. That is the only issue I have here. I love the dog parks. I love that they have addressed the people not picking up their dogs poop it’s getting much better. The playground is fantastic. my grandkids have come over several times to enjoy it. The clubhouse is also just wonderful and nice and as is The fitness center. My apartment is big and spacious and has an open feeling to it. Also, having a washer and dryer is so helpful. My apartment is the space where I get to come to and be happy and feel peace. It might be a little bit too nice since there are times I like to just stay home just because it is such a nice apartment. I rarely hear my neighbors so they have got some good architecture here that keeps you from hearing every little bump and noise from your neighbors. I’ve lived in other apartments where you could hear every noise from your neighbors . So this is a welcome relief from that. Also, there are wonderful people that live here and I have made quite a few friends. That is also why it feel like home. Since I have a small dog, I love the fact that I can either take him into the dog park, or walk around the complex because the sidewalks are clean and clear and easy to walk on. Being able to have my little companion is so wonderful for me since he helps me out a lot with issues that I might run into. I’m grateful that I can have him here. My daughter was the one who found this apartment complex. Elisa, the manager went above and beyond to help get me in here. I appreciate that more than she will know. She came in one day at 6 o’clock in the morning just to accommodate me and to get me into my apartment. I really appreciated that. And I’m so comfortable here. I really don’t want to live anywhere else.

I absolutely love living at Lotus Anthem! I’ve never enjoyed another apartment complex more. The entire staff is awesome including maintenance. They are quick and efficient in any issues or questions you might have. I love my apartment and have never had an issue with other residents. I’m so happy

**April 2024:** We're so excited to be moving here! I’ve been living at Lotus Anthem since April, and I can’t say enough great things about it! The apartments are fantastic, and the amenities are truly top-notch! The office staff makes you feel like family, which is special for such a

large property. If you’re on the hunt for a wonderful place to call home for years to come, this is the spot to rent! **Dec. 2024:** I recently had a little maintenance issue with my freezer ice maker, and they took care of it right away. I also had a couple of J-hooks installed so I could hang my dream catcher, and it looks beautiful! Honestly, the maintenance team here is the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve loved living here since April, and I'm all set to renew my lease for another year. If I could sign on for 20 years, I absolutely would! We also started a get-together night to craft or finish your project on Tuesday nights, and we started bingo on Wednesday nights. We love having our neighbors gather together to have some fun and relax. On a side note, I have noticed that there are benches all around the front of the apartment complex, with trash cans to boot. There are no benches in the back where the train tracks are. Residents would like to have a bench or two to sit on and relax, but there is none. The office has been contacted, but they do not have the authority to put one back there. Anyway, I figured if the owner is reading this, he will hopefully remedy the situation.

Oh boy, I've been waiting since the day my lease was up to write this because of backlash I knew I'd get from management. This place is absolutely AWFUL. Management playing favoritism, putting targets on your back if you push back, and lack of concern for your safety. Within the

first month of living here my car was hit pretty bad. Once I contacted the office they admitted they didn't have any cameras in the parking lot. Never found the culprit even after making a report with the city police. When I was pregnant my car was maliciously egged. Again no cameras, culprit was never found and city police wrote a report. When I JUST had a csection my boyfriend came to help me with my dogs and when he was letting them out they accused him of not removing the waste and fined me. I asked them to send over video proof and they said they could not. Your safety and property aren't important here, their dog parks are the most important to them. After I had my newborn my furnace went out. I contacted the office and they said they'll take care of it. A month passed still no word, mind you I have a newborn and a 6 year old living with me and they froze every night in DECEMBER!! I contacted them again and they brought down portable air conditioners. I asked the office to send someone down to show me how to use them. NO ONE came. HVAC was finally contacted and they took 2 weeks to get the part they needed and an extra week to finally repair it. Office never let me know what was going on. I had to verify with HVAC people that the office knew about repairing the hole, they said they were aware. We went 2 MORE weeks with exposed wires and the remainder of the repaired HVAC in my ceiling above my shower. Talk about safe. There was issues with a maintenance worker and I was roped into that drama because he gave me a key to the front door without me even asking or wanting one. It was put in a drawer and I forgot it was even there. Got a call from Elisa and her level of unprofessionalism was appalling. "Hi Kenzie this is Elisa how are you?" Im good how are you? "Not doing good" I've been in customer service my whole life working and you NEVER say anything like that if there's an issue abroad. Police are here daily, there's cracks heads that live there and kids claiming gang members are threatening them with guns. This place is NOT SAFE FOR YOUNG FAMILIES. I did not feel comfortable living here with my little kids so I had to get out as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and skip over this place. Im already expecting the backlash I'll get from posting this review. I doubt I'll get my security deposit back because I'm not the beloved favorite tenant. ****In response to Lotus Anthems response. It's unfortunate that your response is as generic as it is. It wasn't MY expectations that weren't met, it's the expectations of ALL tenants and humanity. You couldn't provide the bare minimum promised upon move in and professionalism expected. I was bullied for my son's car seat that sat on my porch for one day when other tenants had storage and dog kennels on theirs. No notice was given to them when I investigated. I was supposed to be given a notice when you were entering my unit and I was walked in on when I was naked. That is a lawsuit in my eyes. Other tenants have hired an attorney to stop the harassment that she was receiving. They gave confidential information about a criminal case that was going on with one of THEIR employees to a tenant. Told other tenants that we were cooperating that puts my children and I at risk for retaliation for trying to assist the property management in their investigation. Unfortunately I will be reporting the property to the Better Business Buereu.
