Lease Takeover

Hello, my name is Abi and I am unable to afford living in this town and I will unfortunately have to move very soon. As a result, I am transferring/subleasing my lease at the lofts at wolf pen creek!! It’s a 4br/4bath (it’s their D2 unit, 1947 sqft), with lots of amenities for about $700-$720 (including utilities) and I am willing to pay $200 off the first FOUR (4) months (this can be negotiated). Also move in is flexible and anyone interested is able to move in as soon as mid May to the beginning of June !! Please message me if interested!
