Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Northpoint Crossing (NPC) for the 2026–2027 school year! 2x2 fully furnished apartment Lease term: August 22, 2026 – July 22, 2027 Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, study lounges, basketball and volleyball courts, in-unit washer and dryer, and shuttle access to campus I’ll also give 100 dollars off first month of rent ! Base rent: $879/month Additional rent includes: $10/month valet trash $45/month parking Total rent is : $934/month (utilities not included) The unit is fully furnished and located close to campus. I signed early but my housing plans changed, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease . Roomate has not been assigned!!!
