Apartment Lease Relet

Howdy! I am currently trying to relet or sublet my apartment next to campus as soon as possible for either summer or fall. The lease is for 1 unit with a private locking bedroom, bathroom, closet, and includes a shared kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and living room with balcony. The unit is in a 4x4 floor plan with 3 other male roommates, 2 of them are usually home for the summer. Currently lease it is 740$ until July or from for July to December 2026 at 875$ including utilities. I am willing to work with shortening/extending the timeframe or discussing details.
