Summer sublease

Howdy! Excellent opportunity at Park West!! SUMMER 2026 !!!! Park West 4x4 sublease $735 (FEMALE ROOMMATES) I am graduating in early May, I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for the summer. It’s a 4x4 (4 bed 4 bath) in Hillside 2, 4th floor. The apartment is 1,364 sq. ft. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and office chair. Rent is $735 per month which includes utilities and internet. The apartment includes a shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room between the roommates but you have your own bathroom. Pets are allowed. Park West is also super close to campus and has multiple bus stops, a convenience store, a coffee shop, and Brookshire brothers right next door.
