2×2 ;2 shared apartment

I am moving back to my parents, The lease is a 2 by 2 shared women's room at The Green Apartments, there is already a roommate there in the room. There is some super nice roommates, they are easy to talk to. Furniture is already in the front room, including TV and couch, and in the room there is a desk and drawers under the bed. Utilities are in the unit. there is a kitchen and one bathroom. High speed internet is included. The apartment complex has two gyms to work out in, they have a pool and three hot tubs that are open all year. They have grills that anyone can use. They have a volleyball, and pickleball courts. The place hosts some fun activities every now and then, sometimes with food included. The room is on the second floor right next to the elevator so its easy access. The apartment complex is also right by Utah Valley University, it is walking distance. They allow pets that are ESA. May Rent is already paid, the rent amount is $661 which includes utility fees etc. Lease ends at July 23 2026. Message or comment if you are interested :)
