(You can opt out of the other optional fees) My friend who is was also going to live there with me is also selling her lease so if you have a friend, it’s the same price and perfect opportunity. Its a very very nice place and I wish I could stay there but I have financial issues that are keeping me from that so it would mean the world to me and it would be worth your time and money and provide a wonderful experience that you won’t regret. Last thing.. it technically IS student housing BUT you do NOT have to be enrolled to live here.
