Selling lease, private room, will bribe

Ventana Student Housing is amazing. A fun community with lots of amenities and comfortable facilities. Their private rooms are comfortable and cozy, as well as a large shared bathroom with in unit laundry. I have just moved out and need to sell my lease ASAP!!!!! I will pay the security deposit and transfer fees. I will also pay an extra 100 dollars to get this off my hands extremely quickly. September paid for!!!
