Downstairs big lounge space included, gym included, parking available for $75 each month through apartment. TV included. Washer and dryer inside apartment. Apartment for 5 people. I’m planning on moving out after fall semester to live somewhere else with friends starting January! However if anyone wants to move in sooner than that, just let me know and I am more than willing to make that happen for you! If you are looking for somewhere to live really close to BYU campus come this new year, this is a great spot! It’s literally a one-minute walk to get to campus.
