Cinnamon Tree Apartments (Shared) — Lease Takeover Through August 2027

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Cinnamon Tree Apartments in Provo! I’m moving closer to my job in Salt Lake, so I’m looking for someone to take over my spot as soon as possible. It’s a great place to live, with awesome roommates, a great ward, and a super social atmosphere. If you’re looking to meet people and make the most of your time in Provo, this is a great place to be! Included is a photo of our shared space so you are able to see he is clean and orderly. The apartment is on the bottom floor, right next to the parking spaces. It’s incredibly convenient for getting in and out, unloading groceries, and moving your stuff without having to haul everything up the stairs. Monthly Costs - Base rent: $405 - Gas and sewer: $22 - Internet: $20 - Parking pass: $20 - Electricity and other shared utilities: Split between roommates Total: $467/month + your share of remaining utilities I’ve really enjoyed the people and social environment here, and I’d love to find someone who can take over the contract. *’m also open to offering a move-in incentive to help make the transition easier!
