Gas and electric are separate and in your name (Enbridge Gas and Rocky Mountain Power); my gas runs around $17 in summer. Available on or about October 16, 2026 and runs only through January 28, 2027, then you can renew directly with the property. Ideal if you need winter semester or a few months without signing a year. Garage available for $150/month. $400 transfer fee. Option 2, sign a new 12-month lease at the current market rate. The property is advertising 2-bedrooms below my rate with move-in specials. If a year lease works better for you, apply directly with the office and put me down as your referral. You get the better rate, and it still helps me out.
