$385 BASE RENT (Original $485) Hey! I’m moving out of state and need to sell my lease at Glenwood Apartments asap! I’ve already paid August rent and am willing to pay $100/month towards the base rent for the whole year! (Total value $1200!!!) Plus, I’ll pay the lease transfer fee! I’ve paid $55/month for utilities, plus $20 for WiFi and $13 for renters insurance every month! Monthly, you’d come out around $475 a month!! (not including parking pass) This has been a great place to live, being super close to BYU and the stadium! I’ve loved the ward and have made so many good friendships here! I renewed for this next year because I wanted to stay in such a great location, but have since had life changes pulling me in another direction! Glenwood offers a gym, pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and lots of fun activities throughout the semester! Paid parking is available. Please reach out if you are interested!
