I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Village on the Parkway in Orem. This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with $375/month base rent. I’m hoping to sell my contract for a January move-in, but I’m also willing to work with someone who would like to take over the contract in December. I’ll cover your first month’s rent, whether you move in during December or January! The lease runs through August 2027, making this a great option for a student looking for affordable housing close to UVU. One of the biggest perks of living at Village on the Parkway is the amenities. It has an indoor pool and spa/hot tub, so you can use them year-round, even during the winter.
