Apartment is 1042 sq ft and is a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. This lease is for one of the private bedrooms and bathrooms. Shared kitchen and family room. I have two cute roommates who are chill, fun, and easygoing! Ivory University House provides students with direct access to campus, transit, and the student life center. The University of Utah has shown that students who live proximate to campus have higher grade-point averages throughout their college careers than peers who live off campus and are 12% more likely to complete their college degrees.
