This is for a private room with its own bathroom and walk in closet, in a 4 bed and 4 bath apartment. (ROOMMATES WILL BE MALES.) Rent is $714 per month. (Utilities not included) There is a washer and dryer in the unit! There’s also a stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal in sink, full size fridge, lots of cabinets and counter space. The walk in closet connected to bathroom. The property is just 10 minutes from campus. There is a bus route/bus stop available on property. New community facilities are under way right now!
