Private room and bath in Millcreek

I am living in a really cute 2 bed 2 bath apartment off of Highland Dr in Millcreek. It has been newly renovated with quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer and dryer in unit, gas stove, and great A/C. There's also a swimming pool, BBQ, dog park, and pickleball court. My current roommate is moving across the country and I am looking for someone to take over the room come September 27th. I have the master, and all of my guests would use my bathroom. I have a sweet 2 year old ESA dog (border collie/german wire-haired pointer mix) who is crate trained. Great bus access that takes you right to the U, and parking is included. Queer and 420 (just not inside) friendly. The living room is furnished with a TV and couch, room unfurnished.
