Private room and bathroom at The Green on Campus drive

Selling my lease since I am trying to move out in December. The lease ends in July. I have a DISCOUNTED RATE since I’ve been here for 2 years. The rent is 685$, but after the other utilities it’s comes out to about 760$ per month. It’s right next to UVU so you don’t need to pay for a parking permit or anything like that. The apartment is also on the first floor near the door so it’s super easy to take stuff in and out. There are 3 great roommates who are very clean, nice and quiet. I’m willing to pay some of the extra rent off of your lease if we work something out. The green has lots of amenities like a pool, gym, hot tub, and events every single month that give out prizes. This is seriously a sweet spot and I’m sad to see it go.
