Private Room and Bathroom Near Frontrunner in New Build

🗓️ Available August 15th 🛌 One private bedroom and bathroom on the ground level of a newly built 4 bed 3.5 bath townhouse. Have your own space without the price tag of an entire apartment. Bedroom is furnished with a full bed like the one in the photo. 🪟 that view isn’t going anywhere for a while 🚆 About a 3 minute bike ride to the American Fork Frontrunner station. 💁‍♀️Looking for someone who is friendly, communicative, and clean. 👩🏻‍🍳In the kitchen you will have your own pantry unit and I am working on getting an extra, small standup freezer so freezer space won’t be limited. 🚘 One garage space will be shared with another tenant, street parking is not bad. 💵 $900 per month 6 month lease with option to renew. $900 security deposit due at first month’s rent 💡💧🗑️ Utilities excluding WiFi are included. WiFi will be evenly split at $19 per month. 👚 Washer and dryer included on the 3rd floor of the house. 🐶 🐱 Pets not allowed. ⛪️ LDS standards A little about the people you would be living with 1. Me - I recently bought this townhouse and am loving getting it fully set up and furnished (there’s a couch, projector, and a table on the 2nd floor right now). We can discuss what I do for work in person (mostly because it’s kind of obscure) if you want but I work full time and about half the time from home. I love playing the violin and rock climbing (when I can afford it lol) 2. My friend - for privacy because the internet I’m not going to put her name but she is a high school english teacher, LOVES Shakespeare and Jesus, and is so fun to talk with. I’m trying really hard to find a good fit and would LOVE to meet potential roommates in person with my friend. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like a tour. I’m excited to meet you!!
