I’m looking to sell my lease at Axis Luxury Living in Orem before or by January. I wouldn’t be selling my lease, but I got an amazing job offer and I have to move out of state- my training starts January 1st. If you’re looking to move in sooner message me about it and I can see what could work sooner as well! Current lease goes till July, but you can extend or renew the lease as well! I genuinely have loved my time living here! Right now it’s only me and one other girl living here, but it is a 4 bed 4 bath apartment. My current roommate is the sweetest and you will love her! - Base rent $579. After adding utilities and fees $720-$730 total. - Private bedroom and bathroom - In unit washer and dryer - Full kitchen, AC, balcony, highest floor - Assigned covered and uncovered parking available! (I didn’t pay for this, I found free parking super walkable and easy!) - Pool & 2 hot tubs, tanning deck - Free tanning beds - Gym, 24 hour access and super nice - Dance/Yoga rooms (2) - Basketball/pickleball court - Sand volleyball court - Club house, grills, firepits - Axis Market (Open 11am-10pm and super convenient for buying snacks, drinks, or even small amenities like toilet paper or paper towels haha) - Study rooms - Art room, Karaoke room, Game room, Movie room - Amazon lockers - Walkable to UVU Campus, 10-15 min drive to BYU Campus (I also know some people that take TRAX up to SLC and go to the U!) - UTA Trax/Bus transit easily accessible - Key fob access only, individual keys for apartment, room, and bathroom to be secure and for privacy - If you are LDS the ward is super fun and nice! - Axis is a super fun and social place, but I’ve also found it super easy to keep to myself and enjoy my peace/privacy!
