Two bed two bath with loft floorplan on the top floor, and you'll have your own full-size private bath and walk in closet with lots of storage space. Rent is $1,022 and we'd split utilities (which usually average between $45-$70 per month per person). I'm looking for an AFAB roommate and must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
