Private room near UVU

Starting October 1st. I’m finishing school sooner than expected and will be moving home, so I’m hoping to find someone who can take over my lease. About the place: $750/month Furnished room Lease runs through July 2027 Large shared bathroom with only one other girl Lots of closet and storage space Large kitchen Spacious living room Washer and dryer Pretty backyard Street parking Utilities included $500 refundable security deposit listed in the lease It’s a comfortable and spacious home with a great setup, especially for a student or young professional. The house is shared with other tenants, but you would only share the bathroom with one other girl.
