Provo apartment lease take over!!

Hi!! I’m selling my contract because I’m getting married at the end of summer. The apartment is super nice and spacious, it is honestly such a good price for how nice the apartment is. I looked for about two months before buying this apartment and this was by far the best option! It’s right by BYU and about 10 minutes from UVU. The apartment complex has a lot of parties and bands that come play with free food. It’s a great place to make new friends! There not to loud so if your more of an introvert it’s quiet in your apartment! The contract is from August 2026 to August 2027. If you want to move in with a friend, the apartment complex is super flexible about moving people around! The cost of living there for a month-to-month include includes the following Base rent-$480 Utilities-$55 Communication fee(WiFi)-$25 Parking pass(if needed)- $35 for general parking and $45 for reserved spot The parking lot is really big so there will always be a spot to park, I know some apartments oversell parking so it’s really hard to find a parking spot at night, so that’s a huge plus!
