Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Old Mill #209 in Provo. It’s a private room in a 4-bedroom apartment and each girl has her own room. September rent is already fully paid, so you can move in now and pay no rent for September! I’m also covering $400 of the original $719 deposit, so you would only pay $319. The room has its own private toilet and sink, and the shower is shared with just one other girl. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen, and laundry is available in the building. Old Mill has indoor and outdoor pools, sand volleyball, and BBQ areas. It’s located between BYU and UVU with a bus stop nearby. Rent is $519/month starting in October.
