Shared Apartment at Raintree

Raintree is a pretty nice place! It's situated at a great location west of campus with a lot of things in walking distance, as well as proximity to the UVX and 831 bus stops. It's got a pool, clubhouse, gym, laundry service, and social activities. You'll live in a clean 1st-floor apartment with some awesome roommates (I've never had a problem with them; they're very accommodating). You're welcome to message me to come tour the apartment or meet my roommates. Currently only 5 of the 6 spots in the apartment are taken so the apartment is pretty roomy. There are 2 refrigerators and the apartment is right next to the shared parking lot which will save you money if you have a car!
