Shared Room at Raintree - BYU Shuttle Access!!

RAINTREE CONTRACT TAKEOVER! I'm transferring to BYU-I come January, and need to sell the last half of my contract (Jan 1-Aug 15) before I do. Attached photos are of my actual apartment instead of the property photos so you can see what you'd be moving into! I've loved living here for the past 3 years, and genuinely if I wasn't transferring, I'd be staying until I graduated haha. My Favorite Perks: - The most sweet roommates who are undisruptive, and are fun but totally willing to keep to themselves if hanging out with them isn't your thing! - Biggest room in the apartment! (Bed E) It's in the back, which minimizes living room noise :) - 2nd floor, so less bugs, and not too many stairs. Noise from above apartments is rare. - Base rent of my contract is $470. I pay $560, and will tell the breakdown of what that entails. - If you're LDS, it's an amazing ward. The bishopric is very kind and understanding. It just changed about a year or two ago, so you'll have them for a while if you renew! - There are clean checks, but they are only quarterly, which has been a relief compared to some places I've seen. They're typically pretty easy to pass. Property Amenities: - Pool & Hot-tub - Clubhouse has convenience items for pretty cheap and is typically pretty awesome for a study space. - I've genuinely never had a problem with the management trying to sneak fees or putting up a fight when I want to waive an optional charge. - Manager has always been willing to discuss problems and genuinely wants to help the tenants when I've talked to her. Maintenance is quick about handling problems, and we haven't had many. - Laundry room on the property, not too far from the building. - BYU Shuttle and 831 Bus Line stop right at the south parking lot entrance. UVX connects to the property through the Provo River Trail and the Neighborhood Walmart is within walking distance! - They regularly host fun events for the tenants!
