Shared room in a house available immediately!🎀 (both spots open) I’m renting out a shared room for women in a house for $510/mo in Orem! Looking for two tenants to move into this cute room. * Utilities included * Parking on side & in front of house * Shared room in a basement with lots of light (room to spread out into the common room which acts like another bedroom) * You will share a bathroom with one other girl in the basement * 9mins to UVU and 15mins to BYU * Address is 355 E 400 N, Orem UT, 84056 * Lots of shopping and things to do around (Target, Winco, Smiths, Maceys, etc.) The house is 4br/2ba, with a common room in the basement that could act as an additional room if the roommates want to spread out. Previously there were two cousins living in here but they moved out in August! There are three other women living in the home already in their own bedrooms and they are super sweet! Message if you’re interested or for more details! Feel free to share with anyone looking for a place :))
