Looking for someone to take over my 4x4 townhome-style lease at Tetro Student Village ASAP. The available bedroom is on the 2nd floor and includes a private bedroom and bathroom. Lease is August 15, 2026 – July 15, 2027, and August rent is already paid. I will also cover the $500 relet fee. Rent is $735/month, with utilities included except for water and electricity, which are based on usage and typically should not exceed around $65/month. The apartment is fully furnished and in very good condition, with a full kitchen, living room, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and garage parking. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, study areas, resident lounge, game room, coffee bar, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor grills, and more. There is also a free UTSA shuttle on-site that runs approximately every 15 minutes.
